Christiana Bamidele (CB) is a passionate educator, certified counselor, and pastoral leader devoted to helping women and girls discover their God-given identity and walk boldly in purpose.

She is the visionary founder of Be Encouraged with Christiana Bamidele (BECB)—a faith-based platform committed to inspiring, equipping, and empowering individuals to live with clarity, confidence, and conviction.

CB is a Certified Marriage & Family Counselor (USA), a Certified Mental Health & Addiction Coach, and a trained Designated Safeguarding Lead. She brings together a wealth of experience in education, leadership, and pastoral care—offering guidance that speaks to both the heart and the mind.

Her passion for faith-based education led her to develop a Bible-based Sunday School Curriculum that equips Christian and Sunday school teachers to nurture children and teenagers through a blend of biblical truth and modern teaching strategies.

Through BECB, CB leads transformative initiatives such as the BECB Mentorship Program for Women and Girls, Girls’ Secondary School Hangouts, Quarterly Ladies’ Hangouts, and Mindshift Masterclasses (for both male and female)—alongside writing, speaking, and creating inspiring digital content that touches lives around the world.
